dedicated farm hands for the
2026 growing season!

ABOUT THE GIG:
-runs march through december
-averaging 30-40 hours per week
-$16/hour to start, plus access to produce
-field production job duties include: seeding, transplanting, cultivation, irrigation, harvesting & washing/packing
-farm work is weather [IN]dependent! we bear the elements all season long, just like the plants do!

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
-previous exposure to gardening/farming
-outdoor physical work experience
-ability to comfortably lift & carry 50+ lbs
-can repeatedly bend, kneel, squat & stand throughout the day
-adeptness at learning new skills
-exhibits attention to detail
-exercises strong listening, comprehension & communication skills
-accepts & implements constructive feedback
-respects & appreciates natural science & organic chemistry
-practices a favorable attitude & pragmatic outlook
-demonstrates flexibility, adaptability & open-mindedness
-reliable means of transportation to/from the farm (10 miles outside of myrtle creek)
